The villa features soaring ceilings, tropical woven reed bamboo furnishings, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the surrounding ocean and jungle views while filling the home with natural light and ocean breezes. Each spacious, air-conditioned bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom and a television equipped with Amazon Fire Stick or Chromecast.

The main living area is centered beneath an impressive 30-foot cupola ceiling accented by elegant Tiffany-style chandeliers, creating a welcoming space to gather, dine, or relax. A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at home, or you may arrange for our staff to prepare fresh dishes during your stay.

Above the villa, the rooftop palapa bar provides panoramic 360-degree views across Tankah Bay, the Caribbean Sea, and the surrounding jungle. The rooftop plunge pool offers a perfect vantage point for sunset views and evening stargazing.

Outside, the property opens directly onto a quiet stretch of white sand beach. A private dock with a palapa, hammocks, and lounge chairs provides an inviting place to enjoy the scenery or launch kayaks and paddleboards to explore the bay. The beachside terrace is finished in terrazzo tile and offers shaded palapas, outdoor seating, and dining areas just steps from the water.

Tankah Bay is known for its clear water and abundant marine life. A reef located approximately 100 yards offshore provides excellent snorkeling opportunities where guests may encounter tropical fish, spotted eagle rays, and sea turtles. Kayaking along the calm bay is another popular way to experience the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and nearby attractions such as Xel-Há, Xcaret, and Casa Cenote are easily accessible.

Guest amenities include beach towels, bed and bath linens, toiletries, purified drinking water, and in-room hotel safes. The property is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the front entry. On-site caretakers reside in a separate casita to ensure the home and grounds remain well-maintained. Daily housekeeping is provided, and meals may be prepared upon request at the guest's expense.
